Im a background whore, I love the things, got 10 
on the way @_@!  To me, it makes the cel really 
pop.  I usually dont try to match up scenes 
unelss for lighting, or if the scene is really 
specific, like snow, rain etc.  Most of my cels, 
I try to match at least what's going on, like if 
the character is inside our outside, I will try 
to put it with an inside or outside cel.  
Sometimes I botch that tho cause it doesnt look 
good enough. I have a Miaka with an outside bg, 
but she's really inside in the scene.  Most of my 
cels I just match them with what looks 
asthetically pleasing, while trying to keep the 
general look of the scene intact. If anyone needs 
bg examples, feel free to look at my site, I have 
a non matching bg with every one of my cels.  I 
think I did an okay job matching them up :)  Hope
