Question:

After Christmas, does it take longer for Postal 
service to delivery your packages? I sent out a 
payment for some cels on 01/03/02 to CA (I live 
in Louisiana) via Priority Mail with delivery 
confirmation. But as of today it still haven't 
arrived yet. Is this normal after the holidays, 
or should I go ahead and talk to the Post Office 
people? Can they track the packages at their 
exact location like UPS? Thanks for your help!
