According to my lowly text transalator, the page 
where I discovered these drawings state that they 
are photocopies.  But I suppose that Gainax 
studios may still use photocopies of the original 
design sketches during production and doesn't 
release them to the market.

Would you consider these drawings a production 
item (and therefore of some value to collectors 
like us)?
