Those would be my top two of the CG animes I've 
seen thus far.  FLCL is just soooo over the top.  
A cel of Haruko on her Vespa hanging in the 
office...  or better yet, someone with something 
growing out of his/her head...

And why Candidate for Goddess? dunno, just loved 
the vibrant colors, I guess.  ("I know it's art 
when I see it, ayuh.")
