Megazone 23 was the anime that really proved the
OVA format was viable -- it led the OVA wave of
the mid- to late- 80s.  Because of its age (1985,
is that really "old school"?  ^_^;) and the fact
that Eve had a popular character designer 
(Haruhiko Mikimoto of Macross fame), cels are
pretty rare.  More common are cels from the
sequels, which didn't quite have the same spirit
as the original.  This cel is not that great of
a shot (check out Yann's gallery), but I was happy
just to get a cel of her without having to sell
off any vital organs.
