My lovely. It has something like 4-6 layers. 
Forgot, but it sorta was a pain to do, but well 
worth it! I think it's missing a layer because 
part of Kouji's shoulder armor is not colored in 
and is clear, unless it was a mistake on the part 
of the animator, but I think there is a missing 
layer of that one piece.

I got all the layers together and hopefully they 
will stick together or something. Dunno, layers 
stuck together are easier to take care of. Heh.
