I have seen the main character (dude in red 
shirt, forgot his name) at MandarakeLA in their 
cel bins.  It was a bust shot for $15.  I almost 
bought it thinking it was Seabook from Gundam 
Formula 91 Movie.  Unfortunately, it wasnt him, 
they look very similar, since the character 
designer, Yoshikazu Yasuhiko, worked on them.  
You might want to give them a shot.  I'm not too 
sure if they can help, unless you personally go
