...about Pierrot not mastering digital animation 
quite yet. Saiyuki is a wonderful series, but you 
watch it for plot, not for animation. Frankly, 
the animation is -horrid-. However, the sketches 
are lovely. Go figure. I still can't get over 
that the youkai explode into inky dots when 
shot...horrible looking little polygons those 
are, too. And watch the second opening, when the 
mirror breaks...notice the shards are all prefect 
little triangles? It's like exploding Doritos.
