this cel is from the original slayers series.  
i'm pretty sure it's from one of the first 3 or 4 
episodes.  lina and gourry are running 
backwards.  comes with matching, unstuck pencil 
sketch.  i believe it's labeled B-11, but i'm not 
sure...i can't remember and the cel is at home 
(i'm currently at college).  ignore my pen at the 
top of the picture; it was necessary b/c my 
confounded scanner kept cropping the image.
