the next cel is of a cardian from sailor moon r.  
in the english version, he's called vulturos and 
attacks a school bus full of kids for their 
energy.  cel is labeled A8end.  stuck to a piece 
of rice paper.  has a matching pencil sketch (but 
it's not colored, so i think it's one of the 
computer-printed ones).
