I guess I would cancel her bid and bidder 
block her just because I know it's a con artist, 
but I can see where you're coming from since it's 
a 15 buck cel. Still, if she ends up doing her 
little trick, you'll have to go through the 
trouble of relisting, reporting, etc, etc.
My cels were $49 so it's a bit bigger fish, plus I 
just don't care to see such nice Sakuyas in the 
hands of a crook even if she plans to pay. If you 
do cancel her bid, after bidder blocking she 
shouldn't be able to cause you trouble. It also 
sends a message to her that people are on to her 
again already, and that she's always going to get 
caught. I've already emailed ebay about it, we'll 
see what they do. You can see a copy of the

link above. I want her to know that there are 
people who know her game and will find her out 
every time.
