*wiping drool off of floor*  I can think of three
things that generally up the price of a Yue cel:
scene, detail, and expression.    

Scene: pretty much described to a fare-thee-well
above, with an apt example of *my* favorite scene
#^_^#. 

Detail: Maybe it's just me, but finding a good,
detailed Yue cel can be difficult (though they're
generally from my favorite scenes, so...;)).  It's
why I like cels from episodes 65 and 66 so
much...I just really like the attention that was
put into the artwork.  Just little things, like
what the animators do with hair to keep it from
being blocks of goo on their heads.

Expression: Yue is a grump ^^;;.  He spends much
of the series pouting or looking like he's just
swallowed a lemon.  There is one Yue cel that I
saw that I sincerely regret not buying (even
though I'm sure it was far out of my price range
at the time *sigh*) because he has the most
darling little smile on his face.  He looks all
bashful and just...hanyaan :3.
