Indeed, that's what's so shocking about FY cel 
prices...it's been out for a while, It's not like 
it's just being discovered and there's a rush for 
FY stuff. It's always been there, quietly biding 
its time. And then there is the fact that the 
cels were commercially released, whereas Eva cels 
were not. They were all burned, which is why 
they're so rare ^^;; 

And, though I hate to say it, not everyone loves 
FY. While it is a fan favorite, one has to admit 
that it's not the greatest masterpiece known to 
man. I adore FY myself, but the manga can be 
classified as softcore porn. And let's not kid 
ourselves...the music is horrendous. The 
majhority of the dialogue consists of characters 
saying each other's names. All of the elements to 
make a great show are out of whack, but yet the 
characters are so wonderful and diverse you can 
overlook its inherent flaws and enjoy it for what 
it is...a nice, sappy romance with intense 
characterization. It's in its own world and its 
not ashamed of itself, nor is it afraid to make 
fun of itself ^^

Also, congrats on your dream cel! I have no 
doubts it will go to a loving home ^^
