I can understand your frustration, but have you 
tried to e-mail her? Hope that helps. I think  
she said she was e-mailing the winners, and 
didn't hear anything that she might be done with 
e-mailing the winners. I suspect a lot of people 
won cels and she is busy and all. I hope for the 
best for you and know how painful it is to have 
funds tied up in all this:(
