I've never used it before, but generally if the 
image is complex, or contains a lot of detail, 
the dvd capture won't look nearly as good as a 
real one (assuming you want to print it out to 
accompany your own cel).  I end up just providing 
a screencap along with the cel for my gallery, 
which works well.
