Um, I know of a great place that does animation 
cel framing in Houston.  They used to be a store, 
but the store part went under.  They are strictly 
a framing shop now, and they deal in animation 
cels.  If you were really serious about having 
expensive cels framed, Id give them a call.  If 
you'd like more info, just email me and I can 
give you their number :)  Im having some cels 
done by them in another month or so.
