Hi,

I am french, two months ago cels were sending to 
me from the Maryland and i m still receive 
nothing. ;_;

So i went to the french post office to make a 
complaint. I left the seller name and address and 
mine, the postman told me that the post will 
check all the arrivals from USA and also the 
customs.

I would like to know if someone can tell me if 
the same procedure exists in the USA via any 
phone call...
I know that usually it's the seller who must does 
this complaint but my seller is not hurry to take 
information...  ^_^;
Of course i have not any trking number and 
unfortunally i have insure my packet for less i 
have paid my cels ( i hate me ) baka Caro ;_;

Thanks a lot in advance if you can inform me, or 
give some new hope to get information
