Sorry to post a new thread instead of replying to
the old one, but I thought this was something a
large number of forum goers would have an
interest in seeing and I didn't want it getting
pushed off the page before everyone who wanted to
know had a chance to see it.

I inquired, and the Midorikawa panel is at 2 pm
on Saturday. Therefore it certainly looks like
Friday is our best time to get together. I am
hesitant to suggest a time for it myself, because
my Staff duties will most likely prevent me from
doing much more than dropping by for a few
minutes.
Really early (convention center opens for
registration at 10 am) or after 7 would work
best for me personally, but when the most people
can make it is the important thing. Around 5 or
so and I probably won't be able to make it all..
(I HAVE to be there for the initial LARP meeting,
but unfortunately at this time I don't know
exactly when that is).. but if thats what works
best for everyone else, well thats the way the
cookie crumbles.
HOWEVER, if everyone can agree on a fairly early
meeting time, (Say 2 pm or before.. I cant
imagine LARP start being that early) I can
probably talk the other GMs into letting us use
the LARP room to meet in, since we won't be
officially using it yet.
As a last note in selecting a time, I only want
to remind everyone (as those of you who attended
last year remember) how long the line for
dealer's room gets and how soon the line starts,
how long it takes to get through the line and the
room itself, ect. So keep in mind the dealer's
room opens at 4 pm. I'd hate for anyone to miss
out on cels because they were at the meeting, or
the meeting because they hadn't gotten out of
line yet.

-look forward to seeing you there!
