It was down for a bit this morning (which seems 
common for 9-11am US eastern time) but I'm having 
no trouble with it now. . .

Don't forget that large auction sites (like Ebay 
US, Yahoo US, and Yahoo Japan, among others) 
require certain amounts of downtime for site 
maintenence. Most do this in the middle of the 
night when no one will really notice. However in 
the case of Yahoo Japan (for someone in the US) 
when it's the middle of the night there. . . ^_~;;
