Wow, nice Queen Serenity!! I agree about
collecting dougas and gengas. I think they are an
entirely different experience than anime cels
themselves. I like being able to see the
production process in action. I've got several
sequences of gengas where you can see the
corrections made, figures omitted, and all sort
of neat things.
For the record, I'm personally against separating
cels and sketches as well as breaking up genga
sets. I won't buy one or the other even if I pass
up something I absolutely adore and want.
Below is a genga from Dragonball GT that I would
never buy as a cel but the genga was just too
interesting to pass up.
