I am thinking that both these cels could also be 
from Pretty Sammy. Remember the bad guy in the 
OAV, (I am having a brain drain) with the purple, 
spiky hair and dark cloak? They eye could be 
Ramia's actually... I dunno. But if they came with 
the Pixy Misa cel above, I might consider this.
