Hello, I need an ID on this cel.  I bought this 
from Mandarake, and not sure what it is. All I 
know is that it's not production.  I think its an 
reproduction or a fan cel.  I dont follow Pretty 
Sammy, so not sure where its used, if used at all.

Comes with matching sketch
Trace lines seems to be printed, and it is on the 
front of the cel.
