not only that, but his repeated offenses for 
wanting people to pay for his paypal fees can 
result not only in his suspension of ebay 
account, but also losing his paypal account.  
something to think about. if you can't absorb the 
2 or 3 dollars you'll lose to ebay, *don't* 
accept it. passing credit card fees on to your 
customers is illegal.
