I definitely have a vote of support for Celga. 
Even though I have not yet acquired any cels from 
them, I have purchased a few sets of out of print 
manga editions thanks to their help. Email is 
answered politely and punctually, and since there 
are a few of us who live in the same city, 
combining our ill-gotten gains into one shipment 
is never a problem. Celga does an outstanding job 
for a minute fee, and they deserve our 
appreciation and support. ^_^
