Gosh, I have so many cels that I would consider 
bargins, that I don't know which to pick! For the 
sake of brevity, here is my cheapest cel (Noelle 
and Yuuske for $10) followed by what I think is 
my best bargin in terms of what I could turn 
around and sell it for now (Jet Black for $45--
shown this one too many times, but what can I 
say, it's a fav!!).
