I am not familiar with the anime, but I am 
interested in seeing it now. BTW, I have access 
to 2 more of these cels! But of a different 
character. She was young and was wearing a hat 
and had some type of "ring" or "hoop" weapon. 
Although her uniform was vaguely familiar to 
Elle's. She had her eyes too by the way ^-^. Let
