This is Noriko's, I've gotten all my cel books 
from her, she is very nice, a pleasure to deal 
with.
As for your sticking problem, I'd go ahead and get 
your cels as far away from the drawings as

Get some of these great sleeves! I take the 
11x14's and trim them down a bit. I put my cels in 
them, and then into the cel books, so the cels 
don't even get the chance to stick to the cel book 
page inserts. the sleeves are thick, too, so they 
offer really good protection for your cels, and 
they are archival. the price is great, as well.
