Hi there! I'm a new member and have just gotten 
into the cel collecting a little overzealously. 
Today, I received 2 Galaxia cels in the mail, and 
I'm selling the one w/o the background. This is 
an end cel. The sketch is stuck to the back of 
the cel, on the outside, so when the cel is 
flipped over, there is the sketch. Also, there is 
a slight tear in the rice paper and some line 
fading on Galxia's eyes. Before I auction this 
off on Yahoo, I decided to post it here. Please
