Yo. This is from El Harzard possibly 2nd OVA 
series, when alcholic ol' sensei here was setting 
out on the journey to discover himself and he 
goes rock climbing? Eh, not certain he isn't a 
very important character. Also no way this is a 
hanken mono, those are used for commercial items. 
Ie posters, box art, cd and ld covers, etc.

Who'd use just an image of boring ol' sensei for 
anything?! The cast, maybe Makato & Ifruita but 
no way just him. Sorry, it also isn't of hanken 
quality, not the small sizing, hankens are 
usually huge and there is tons of details.
