If you are talking about the OVA, Vision cels are 
quite expensive and not at all common. BubbleGum 
Crisis OVA is one of my favorite animes and I 
love all the villains the most. They are not very 
expensive at all unless its oversized or 
something and its still no where as bad as Vision 
(She is the most expensive character). The two 
second most expensive are Sylia and Sylvie. Priss 
and Linna are next with Nene not far behind. Some 
really good Priss cels can go for alot. The 
villains are the cheapest which is good for me :) 
Anri and Mackie are reletivly rare along with Dr. 
Raven so I don't know their prices. I have seen 
Vision cels go for $600 that are REALLY good. 
Sylvie has gone for around $300 and Priss is 
usually about $275. These are not set prices, 
just what I see most. Some go for alot less. 
Don't give up hope! That is unless you are 
looking for a cheap Vision cel ;P
