Yes, Anastasia was all done in CG.  The animation 
was done by hand, meaning all the pencil drawings 
actually exist on the market, but the "cels" were 
all done digitally. The cel this person is 
selling is most likely a hand painted sericel, 
meaning it is a cel, but it wasnt used in 
production :(  Too bad too, that show had the 
best animation I have ever seen!
