Boy, I don't collect Outlaw Star cels (thought 
about it but decided to focus on one series)but 
that Melfina cel of her in the tank has got to be 
one of the best. It would certainly be my 
dreamcel from that series. Whoever got that one 
should be dancing in the streets, and I bet they 
paid next to nothing for it. They've got some 
great Outlaw Star at that shop...
