Heya,

   Setti is a "model" cel.  It lets people who 
color cels know the color scheme...like the 
color of the character's hair and clothes, 
sword...etc.    

   It's not used in the actual anime (never 
shown on TV).  Fact...it may never be seen by 
the public sometimes...
