You can get a Yahoo Japan account.  Somewhere in 
the sign-up process (can't recall where) is a 
sign-up question that'll veer you off into a 
different registration if you don't live in Japan.
I think it's right around the beginning of the 
registration process, but after ID and password.

I use Internet Explorer and text support for 
reading Japanese text (what little I can read) and 
input support (also IE).  You may want to download 
the latest IE version if you haven't already.

Even if you have Celga do all of your bidding (as 
I do), it's still a good idea to have an account. 
 You can't look at auctions that ended without 
being logged in.
