Ok, well I told myself I'm not going to put the 
guilt on this person until I know for sure,but 
well when you pay for a cel near the end of June 
and the person does not respond to your e-mails, 
I feel a bit more than angry over this. Don't 
want to post the name of this person until I get 
some information on what I can do. The good thing 
is that I still have the e-mails, have witnesses 
and well, I know the real name of the person and 
adress as well, which I gave the person slight 
warning, but well, don't want to put the name of 
the person here, but if you want to know, I'll 
let you know the person NOT to deal with. 

Well, they sold me a hard to find cel for only 60 
bucks and can't see why someone would cheat 
someone out for such a low amount? I mean, how 
stupid of them I think. 

Anyway, if anyone has any help on this, please 
let me know. Only nice posts please, this happens 
to a lot of us, so don't please be friggin' nasty 
or have comments on such. I have enough 
information to well, go down and see them face to 
face too, which they don't seem too scared to 
hear a warning. Just well, if you lost your dream 
cel, or you have to pinch pennies because you 
don't make too much money and or struggling, even 
this small amount is a serious lost! I could have 
paid a frekin bill for it, but well, that's why 
it's important, plus they don't do this to 
someona and they know THEY can't do this to 
people. 

Please help, someone...thanks! I am going to get 
their number and call them which is a start.
