The TV prices are definitely up, but the most 
expensive I've seen are still movies/specials 
cels.  Now that funimation is finally releasing 
more movies, it's only a matter of time before 
more people recognize the movie cels that are out 
there.

(Even now, I've noticed that offers made on my 
Movie 12 cel have been increasingly more in the 4-
figure range than 3-figures.)
