For a while, I used them and had fine 
transactions. However, then one went by that 
wasn't so good...

I had won three cels from them, and paid them 
promptly. Never received my cels. A month later, 
I e-mailed them ad asked them where my cels were. 
They took a while to rpley, and when they did, 
said they were sorry and would send them out in a 
few days. Two more weeks go by. I e-mail them 
again. Nothing. Another two weeks. I finally e-
mail them, and they claim to have sent them, 
they're lost in the mail, and they can't give me 
a refund ince the prblem isn't from their side. 
OK, I say, I can acept that, happens to the best 
of us, right?

Wrong. The NEXT DAY, literally, I see the cels 
BACK UP on eBay. I e-mailed them and got no 
response. So I reported them to SafeHarbor, with 
pictures, documentation, everything, and notified 
them about it. They e-mail me offering me a 
refund or the cels (I chose refund...the cels had 
bad juju attached to them), and it wasn't even a 
whole miute before the money was back in my 
Paypal account. Took them long enough ;p
