Well TK,
Since I collect mostly TM cels, and mostly Washu 
ones at that, I would have to say that it is 
probably worth around 125 dollars. 

There is a difference here however, that I must 
point out. Even though I know it probably has a 
market value of 125, If I wanted that cel bad 
enough, I would pay up to around 275 dollars for 
it. Like Brian said, if something appeals to you, 
you will pay whatever you feel it is worth to you 
personally. Even though you know you are paying 
way to much, it doesnt matter. If you love what 
you collect, sometimes you are willing to pay 
whatever you can.

So here is the lowdown: I feel the market value 
is about 125. But an obsessed Washu fan might pay 
up to 250-275 for it. Ha, not that we are talking 
about me of course... Heh.. I.... Umm...
