yup it all depends on who and sometimes what they 
put on the cel, meaning that if they sign your 
name on the cel, it will become only valuable to 
you and no one else. But personally, i get my 
cels signed because of personal value, not market 
value. If i adore the person who signs it, I can 
care less what others think of its value
