I have sent out a fairly large portion of money 
to someone that I had seen on this forum, and on 
ebay (with   feedback).  They received the money 
on July 11, it is now August 6.  I have still not 
received the cel I ordered.  In the past week I 
have sent out 3 emails and have got no response 
from the seller.

Do you think that I should be worried at this 
point.  I did get one response last Sat.  They 
said it would be sent out in Mondays mail, but 
still no cel.

I am not used to this, is it common to wait a 
month to get a purchase.

contact me.)
