Okay, I did some checking around, and here's the 
finalized information:

7pm in the Otachan room (This is the name for one 
of the Panel Rooms.  You will see the room listed 
on the map which comes with your convention book)
There is nothing going on at this time in the 
room, so the Staff has said we may use it, as 
long as we clear out by 7:45. (They want to close 
up the panel rooms by 8)  This only gives us 45 
minutes, but considering this was just an 
informal chance for us all to meet, and there are 
2 official cel panels on Saturday I think it 
should be sufficient. (not to mention I'm sure 
people will want to be getting towards the 
Mystery Anime Theatre line before too long)
