Hi Megan ^^   I think that part of the problem 
with AOL is the default setting for their 
browsers is set to use compressed graphics. You 
can change this by going to the "my aol" icon, 
and then selecting preferences, then click the 
WWW icon.  On the right side is one for web 
graphics, and uncheck the box so it does NOT use 
compressed graphics.  That helped me out
