Tissue covered toothpick??? What an *awesome* 
idea!! ^_^  The best I had been able to come up 
with when I needed something smaller than my
"Q-tip with just a wisp of cotton on it" was to 
cut the Q-tip stick in quarters. And that was a 
pain in the butt. ~_~
