Just so you know, I am planning on going to 
Otakon and if nothing else big is scheduled for 7 
PM on Friday, that'd definitely work. Can someone 
tell me, though, what normally happens at these 
cel meetings?  I'm a novice cel collector, so I 
don't know much about these things.  Thanks!!
