Please bear with me cause this is kind of a long 
story. Those collectors that know me, know that I 
am (was)alway's looking for that phantom dbgt cel 
SS Gogeta(Gojita)4, of which I have two. Well, I 
saw this site by the "notorious" Aaron Murphy 
which had a SSG4 cel up for cel for $700. I 
decided to make an attempt to get this cel. 
Described as "A-1" with original background,etc. 
It looked tasty :p, but at a lower price I 
thought!!
Well, I contacted him over 2 months ago. It took 
him maybe 2 weeks to finally begin negotiations 
about the cel and price. To make a long story, 
short, after 2 long months of negotiation, I 
finally got him to agree to make a trade and cash 
deal-More cels, for less cash. In the meantime, I 
read all of those negative comments about him and 
his reputation here on the forum! I had also been 
warned prior to dealing with him to be careful. I 
am stubborn, to say the least. I pointed out all 
of these things to him in the course of our 
negotiations. I told him that I would not be able 
to conclude this deal until I had proof that he 
had sent the cel prior to any transfer on my end 
via EMS (tracking numbers and receipt scanned to 
me, first)Although, of course, I still could not 
know what was inside of the bag!! Since I was 
giving up 3 A-1 dbz cels (100 dollar values) (  2 
cheap cels I had on auction)plus $194 dollars in 
cash! I was at the least scared...
But, I thought that this was more than a fair deal
for this "rare" A-1, with genga and original 
background SSGogeta4. Well, he did in fact send 
the tracking numbers and receipt of shipment, I 
waited 2 days to make sure that it was trackable, 
it was so,I sent the cash first via PayPal, and I 
waited for the cel to arrive before I proceeded 
any further. Hey!The cel came! But guess what?
It is labeled B-13! and comes with a douga and 
background. What do you think? He lied of course 
about the cel (Not A-1, no genga) Should I send 
him the cels? I was angry of course, and I told 
him so. He said that he was sorry, that 
he "hadn't noticed that it wasn't an A-1 cel"!! 
What bull&*@! He said that he would send me 
$50.00 dollars back via PayPal, but to send the 5 
cels if I was angry. Well, that brings us up to 
date. I still have 5 cels (one I put up on eBay 
out of spite for being lied to) and the other 4 
sitting at home. What should I do?? I am open to 
debate!! Here is the cel by the way...
