i think it was awhile ago that this topic was 
discussed here. I don't quite remember what 
colors it was but i think different color seals 
are placed on different cels and repros. Anyways, 
I know both real cels and repro cels can have the 
seal. I only have one but i think they look 
really cool ^__^
