I like wood frames Painted black.  I get them at 
walmart, meijers, any cheap discount store and 
paint them if I have to. I'm really anal about 
all the frames matching.  If it doesn't come with 
uv protective glass make sure it won't be exposed 
to direct light.  Use acid free mattes. Go to the 
art store and get clear mounting strips(not 
cheap).  All standard cels fit nicely in a 11x14 
frame with an 11x14 double matte.  I have a cel 
of batman that came framed from the warner bro's 
store.  It has acrylic instead of glass and it 
looks cheap compared to the cels I framed myself.
