Protocol for Paper Removal v. 1.25

1) Lightly dampen a paper towel with water.

2) Wet sketch/rice paper until water seeps all 
the way through the paper.  Wait about half a 
minute.

3) Gently peel away sketch/rice paper.  If 
resistance is encountered, add a little more 
water to the stuck area.

4) Immediately use a cotton (photo) cloth to dry 
the cel to prevent warping.

5) To prevent warping on a sketch, immediately 
place the sketch between two heavy, flat 
paperweights (that can absorb a little water) and 
leave the sketch there until it dries.

That should do it.  Water shouldn't remove any 
paint.  Later.
