If you want to collect Outlaw Star and DBZ, you 
have to get the idea of fair out of your mind. 
What is fair to you, $10-$50? If so, then you are 
picking the wrong series to collect. In my 
collection, the prices I paid range from $20-$200 
and averaged around $50 each. Just keep your eyes 
open on the net and check out ebay. Right now, 
there is a great Douga of Aisha's first 
appearance up for sale starting at $10!!! There 
is another oversized cel of Gene for under $30. 
It is possible to find cels from these shows at 
fair prices, you just have to look. But, don't go 
shouting on these boards that you want fair 
prices until you've looked everywhere, OK?
