Yeah, archival safe stuff here tends to run at
least $6.00 or so (for 1.5" 3 ring binders that
is, compared to non-archival PVC binders which are
only $2.00).  I'm still wondering though about
those boxes since they don't give off the obvious
PVC smell though =/.  You would think that if
they were made of the cheaper PVC non-archival
safe plastic, they would give off that smell.
